Automation Test Engineer - Selenium

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Design and develop automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, UFT, or other test automation frameworks. - Perform end-to-end testing on the Facets application to ensure its functionality, usability, and stability. - Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and business logic. - Develop and execute test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications. - Create and maintain test data for testing Facets modules, such as eligibility, claims, provider, and member management. - Troubleshoot and debug issues found during testing and work with developers to resolve them. - Integrate automated tests with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines. - Ensure that the Facets application meets quality standards and performs efficiently under different conditions. - Maintain documentation for automated test scripts, test plans, and test reports. - Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile processes. Required Skills and Experience : Experience : 3 years in automation testing with a focus on Facets or similar healthcare software applications. Technical Skills : - Strong knowledge of Facets software and its modules (Eligibility, Claims, Provider, Member, etc.) - Experience in automation tools such as Selenium, UFT/QTP, Jenkins, or TestNG. - Experience with scripting languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, or VBScript. - Understanding of API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI. - Familiarity with databases and writing SQL queries for data validation. - Experience with version control tools such as Git or SVN. Domain Knowledge : - Understanding of healthcare and insurance processes and regulations, such as eligibility verification, claims processing, billing, and reimbursement. - Knowledge of industry standards like HIPAA and regulatory requirements. Soft Skills : - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Ability to work in an Agile environment and adapt to changes quickly. - Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. - Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA or ALM. - Experience with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner. - Knowledge of health insurance regulations and working with government programs like Medicaid and Medicare is a plus.
