Job Description : Data Analysis & Insights : - Work on diverse datasets to extract key insights and trends that impact business decisions. - You will explore complex data, identify areas of improvement, and deliver actionable recommendations to support both short-term actions and long-term strategies. Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication : - Partner with various teams across the organisation to share your findings and recommendations, ensuring data-driven decisions are integrated across business and product initiatives. - Communicate key takeaways from data analyses to nontechnical stakeholders in a clear and compelling way. Performance Monitoring & Issue Resolution : - Monitor key business and operational metrics to identify patterns or anomalies. - Perform in-depth analysis to uncover root causes and provide timely solutions to support ongoing operations. Model Evaluation & Predictive Insights : - Analyze data outputs from internal models and compare them with actual performance data. - Help the business understand the impact of predictions and forecasts by assessing their accuracy and suggesting adjustments. Automation & Data Efficiency : - Design and implement scripts or tools to streamline data analysis processes. - Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency and ensure consistency in data access for stakeholders. Exploratory Data Work & Trend Identification : - Dive deep into large datasets to explore and detect emerging patterns or business opportunities. - Provide insights on how trends may influence future business outcomes or product developments. Required Skills & Qualifications : Technical Proficiency : - Strong SQL skills for querying and managing large datasets. - Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and scripting. - Expertise in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, pivot tables, and advanced analysis. Analytical Mindset : - Ability to transform complex data into meaningful, actionable insights. - Skilled in connecting data-driven observations to broader business goals and strategy. Communication & Storytelling : - Exceptional ability to present data findings in a clear, concise manner to nontechnical stakeholders. - Strong narrative skills to translate insights into business recommendations. Business Acumen : - Understanding of how data insights can influence business decisions in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
