Impact Analytics - Lead Software Engineer - Backend Development

Job Description : What lands you in this role : - 8 years of back-end software development including 5 years in Python and its web frameworks - Good understanding of the Rest API design and development. - Expertise in at least one of Django, Flask or FastAPI - Familiarity with Object Relational Mapping libraries and ability to integrate with multiple data sources into one system - Understanding of limitations of Python and Multi Process Architecture - Good understanding of the Architecture and Software / System design principles. - Good understanding of Scalability (Vertical / Horizontal), Distributed systems & High Availability. - Good understanding of the Cross Cutting concerns (Caching, Queuing, Logging, Security (Authentication / Authorization / Encryption)). - Good understanding of Microservices design and containerization technologies - Good team leadership skills. - Good written and communication skills.
