Property Share - Technical Lead - Frontend Architecture

Job Description : We are looking for Front-end Team Lead, a technical leader who will be responsible for guiding and managing a team of frontend developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality web applications and driving innovative front-end strategies and solutions. What you will do : - Lead the technical direction and strategy of the frontend team. - Gather requirements and ensure deliverables with quality and on time - Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs - Build reusable code and libraries that drive complex web applications - Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability and responsiveness - Review product requirements, give development estimates and product feedback - Manage a team, provide directions and drive code commits. - Participate in product design and development of new features. - Ensure high-quality code and optimize applications for performance. - Mentor and support team members in their professional development. - Review and provide feedback on code and design. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development with business goals. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into projects Who you are : - Ability to build a feature from scratch and drive it to completion - Must have Leadership experience and project ownership - Deep expertise in JS Libraries, Javascript, jQuery-DOM Manipulation, AJAX, events effects and animation. - Understand style guides and turn them into front-end code - Experience in advanced CSS, animations and responsiveness - Excellent knowledge and hands on experience on Bootstrap & HTML - Should have expertise in integration of backend developed website. - LOOKING FOR CANDIDTES WHO CAN JOIN US IMMEDIATELY (ref:hirist.tech)
