Job Description

Role : SAP CRM Functional Consultant. Relevant Experience : 6 Years (SAP CRM Functional). Mode : Remote. Shift : 1PM-10PM- OR 5:30PM-2:30AM. Duration : 6 Months (Extendable 1-1.5 Years). Role & Responsibilities : - Actively work with SAP CRM Service Modules such as Contracts Management and Case Management. - Provide in-depth knowledge of business processes and translate them into functional configurations within the SAP CRM platform. - Assist in the setup, configuration, and enhancement of SAP CRM Service features based on business requirements. - Manage service requests, service orders, and contract management to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction. - Gain in-depth knowledge and provide functional expertise in ECC Customer Support (CS), including handling Serial Numbers, Equipment, BOM (Bill of Materials), and IBase functionalities in SAP CRM. - Work with Middleware to ensure proper synchronization and integration between SAP CRM and backend systems like ECC or SAP S/4HANA. Job Description : - Overall 5 years of Functional experience mainly with SAP CRM Services (Contracts Management, Case Management, Install base, Service Finance Integration, Service Confirmation and Middleware) - Requires Experience with SAP ECC SD or PS or PM/CS modules And good knowledge with CRM-ECC Sales and Services integration. - Experience both with Project & Production Support knowledge - Mainly looking for CRM Services . ECC - CRM integration. - SAP CRM Contract, Service Order Management. Cross functional module integration, IBASE. - Should have good experience / strong domain knowledge CRM area - Strong understanding of business processes behind customer programs - Define and execute unit test, integration test and regression test scripts to validate key end-to-end business scenarios and troubleshoot complex functional issues/bugs identified during implementation, testing, and post-Go Live Support. - Ensures consistent, timely and effective communications with internal and external stakeholders. - Keep track of customer satisfaction. - Work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams with minimal supervision. - Should be highly self-motivated, self-driven and independent in daily operations. - Good to have knowledge of ABAP.
