Job Summary : Our client is seeking a talented Manual QA Engineer to join their team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mobile app testing, test case design, and execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. This role involves collaborating with development teams to maintain the software's integrity and performance. Roles & Responsibilities : - Design, document, and execute test cases based on functional requirements. - Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for mobile applications (iOS and Android). - Identify, log, and track defects in bug tracking systems and ensure their resolution. - Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure a clear understanding of application features. - Validate fixes and perform retesting to ensure quality compliance. - Provide regular updates on test progress, coverage, and results. Professional & Technical Skills : Must-Have Skills : - Hands-on experience in mobile app testing (Android and iOS platforms). - Proficiency in creating and executing test cases. - Familiarity with software development life cycles and QA methodologies. Good-To-Have Skills : - Knowledge of defect-tracking tools like JIRA. - Understanding of basic automation tools is an added advantage. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience is preferred.
