Java Security Engineer

We are looking for a Java Security Specialist with 5-8 years of experience to design, develop, and implement robust security solutions. The role involves working on the Transmit Security platform, implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, and creating secure and user-friendly authentication journeys. The candidate must have a strong technical background and experience in supporting, implementing, and transforming security projects. Key Responsibilities : - Design and develop applications on the Transmit Security platform. - Implement and maintain Web SDK applications and Server API applications. - Develop and manage IAM security policies. - Handle OpenID Connect, OAuth2, and other authentication methods. - Create and optimize journeys for Web/SDK and Server API applications. - Design and manage Login Identity Journeys including password-based, password-less (FIDO2), and mobile centric options. - Implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and step-up authentication using OTP, Biometric, and Password Login methods. - Customize and update CSS for UI screens on the Journey Player. - Create and enhance screens for web portals and mobile applications. - Integrate Transmit Security Web App and implement FlexID Journey Scripting. - Work with LDAP, databases, and API gateways for seamless security implementations. - Provide support, implementation, and transformation services for security solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IAM and authentication. Qualifications : - Proficiency in the Transmit Security platform. - Strong knowledge of IAM security policies and Web SDK. - Experience with Microservices and API gateways. - Working knowledge of jQuery and ReactJS. - Familiarity with authentication methods such as OpenID Connect, OAuth2, and MFA. - Expertise in LDAP setup and database management. - Hands-on experience with FIDO2, Mobile App Password Login, and biometric authentication. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly. Educational Qualifications : - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. - The candidate should have experience in working on projects implementing Transmit Security Web SDK. - Must have a track record of successfully delivering security solutions in high-pressure environments. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
