Lead .Net Full Stack Developer - C#/React.js

Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET, C#, React.js, and SQL, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using .NET, C#, React.js, and SQL. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features. - Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Debug and resolve technical issues, optimizing the performance of existing solutions. - Maintain code quality, organization, and automation processes. - Lead a team of at least 5 developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the development of cutting-edge solutions. - Participate in Agile methodologies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 10 years of professional experience in software development. - Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, and React.js. - Advanced knowledge of SQL and database management, including design and optimization. - Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX. - Experience with web services and API development (RESTful and SOAP). - Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git or TFS. - Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns. - Knowledge of dependency injection frameworks is a plus. Preferred Skills : - Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Angular or additional experience with React. - Experience in mobile app development is a plus. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
