Job Title : Salesforce Solution Architect. Experience Level : 10 Years. Location : Bangalore. Shift : Australian Shift. Salary : Up to 45 LPA. Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days. Key Responsibilities : Solution Design & Implementation : - Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, focusing on Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud, with at least one completed project in each. Integration Expertise : - Design and implement integrations using Salesforce Integration Patterns, SSO, Connected Apps, JWT, OAuth, and certificate-based handshakes. Development Leadership : - Guide and review development activities, including Apex and LWC. - Ensure adherence to code quality standards and optimize the deployment lifecycle using CI/CD tools. Omni Studio Expertise : - Utilize Omni Studio components, including Omni Scripts, Screen Flows, and Flex Cards, in solution design and development. Domain Knowledge : - Apply deep understanding of the insurance (preferred) or banking & mortgage domain to tailor Salesforce solutions for industry-specific requirements. Release Management : - Stay updated with Salesforce release cycles and integrate newly released features into ongoing projects. Team Collaboration : - Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business goals with technical solutions, ensuring smooth project delivery. Qualifications & Requirements : Experience : - Minimum 10 years in Salesforce, with 5-8 years in insurance (preferred) or banking & mortgage domains. - Successfully delivered at least 1-2 projects for banking or insurance service customers. Skills : - Strong expertise in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud. - Proficient in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce integration techniques. - Hands-on experience with Omni Studio and its components. - Familiarity with Salesforce release cycles and advanced Salesforce features. Tools & Methodologies : - Knowledge of CI/CD tools and code quality tools. - Strong understanding of integration patterns and certificate-based authentication. (ref:hirist.tech)
