Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Our client in Bengaluru is urgently hiring for the role of QA Automation Engineer. Position : C2H. Location : Bengaluru. Exp : 6 years. Job Description : We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with 6 years of experience in Java and expertise in Cassata. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing, software quality assurance, and Java programming, with the ability to design, develop, and execute automation scripts in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities : - Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Cassata tools. - Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand application requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on applications. - Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to support continuous testing and integration. - Analyze test results and report defects, issues, and improvements. - Design and execute test plans and test cases based on application requirements and user stories. - Troubleshoot and debug automation failures to ensure smooth execution. - Work in Agile environments, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Required Skills : - 6 years of experience in automation testing and QA engineering. - Strong experience with Java and test automation frameworks (e., JUnit, TestNG). - Expertise in Cassata Center Focus. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e., Jenkins, GitLab). - Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices. - Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments. - Familiarity with version control systems like Git. - Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Desired Skills : - Experience with performance testing and tools like JMeter or LoadRunner. - Familiarity with cloud testing environments. - Knowledge of microservices architecture and testing techniques.
