Job Description We provide engineering consulting in the following areas: Structural Inspections Water Intrusion Investigation Concrete Restoration Painting and Waterproofing Asphalt Pavement Evaluations Roof Consulting & Design Seawalls & Retaining Walls Project Management (O.A.R.) Services Reserve Studies Property Turnover Surveys Property Condition Surveys Asset Lifecycle Analysis (ROI) Drainage, Erosion, and Settlement Expert Witness Services All Staff Engineers will be responsible for: Property Condition Assessments Geotechnical site research Field construction materials phase testing and inspections Assisting with soil boring and/or test pit investigations Building science and engineering field work Performing all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager. Qualifications 1-3 years experience Must have a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
