Job Description

Role Definition The AVENTA Group is an engineering company specializing in the marine energy sector and the Blue Economy. Specifically, we are involved in the development of offshore renewable energy production, such as wind and tidal energy. Key Information: 300 employees 60 hires per year Presence in multiple countries: France, Italy, United Kingdom, and the United States 50 million in revenue Leader in the Blue Economy sector Due to significant growth in activity, we are hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager on a permanent contract to strengthen our teams in Milan . This position offers training opportunities in international talent acquisition. List of Daily Activities: Assist the Key Account Manager in posting job openings on ATS and job boards Search for candidates on various job boards Call candidates to assess their soft skills Organize interviews with selected candidates Manage candidate follow-up using our ATS tools Adhere to ongoing ATS processes Participate in ATS updates Ensure continuous monitoring of active projects Maintain relationships with hired consultants Required Profile Education: Minimum of 3 years of university education Experience: Minimum of 2 years recruiting industrial engineers Preferred previous experience: Energy/renewable resources industry Work location: Milan – with the possibility of remote work Languages: Fluent English is required Software: Knowledge of “LinkedIn Recruiter” is preferred Soft skills: Accuracy (one of the key qualities for this position) Adherence to procedures and a sense of well-executed work Willingness to learn Ability to work in an international work environment J-18808-Ljbffr
