Posizione: Within FRANCO TOSI MECCANICA, the Proposal Engineer is the professional figure who coordinates the entire offer preparation activity, starting from connection with the potential customer to coordinating the Company team, up to evaluating the technical and commercial aspects of the project and the formulation of technical and priced offers. Your skills therefore range from the technical aspect of the project to the commercial one, from customer management, up to the revision of the general and specific contractual conditions. Requisiti: TYPICAL ACTIVITIES Analysis of technical and contractual documentation received from the Customer and/or tender specifications (Technical Specifications, Plant Diagrams, Process Diagrams, Contract Drafts) Coordination of internal activities for the formulation of technical-economic offers (interface between internal and customer engineering, dialogue with the cost estimation office, with the commercial management and the legal office) Reading of the technical specifications and drafting of any deviations Request and discuss compressor sizing to engineering office (internal or external) Definition of the scope of supply Offers request to sub suppliers and their evaluation, for system components such as heat exchangers, lubrication consoles, PLC panels for compressor control and supervision. Drafting and issuing of technical and commercial offers Follow-up of technical clarifications with the customer Management of relationships with suppliers and customers during the offer phase Altre informazioni: IDEAL PROFILE Master of Science degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering Some years (>4 years) of experience in the role, gained in companies operating in the production of industrial machinery with particular emphasis on rotating machines (compressors, pumps, turbines) Excellent coordination, relational, communication, organizational and planning skills Ability to work towards objectives, under stress and in short times Practical sense, responsiveness, authority, openness to innovation, flexibility Availability for short trips in Italy and abroad Worldwide Solid time management and goals achievement orientation LANGUAGES English - good, mandatory French, German or Spanish – plus SOFTWARE SKILLS MS Office package – good SAP – basic (plus) Autocad – basic (plus) J-18808-Ljbffr
