Being part of the Operations team for DiDi will give you the unique opportunity to help drive growth in one of the fastest growing companies in Latam. You will be involved in the definition and execution of the business operations. This data-driven role calls for a rare combination of consumer-inspired analytical thinking & inter-personal ability. You will have the opportunity to work in a tight team, where you will have a clear impact on DiDi businesses. Be prepared for a hectic, fast-paced and challenging environment. The ideal candidates for our Operations role should have strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, excellent time-management and organizational habits, and be ready to lead by example. You will be constantly seeking solutions that scale, while overseeing the growth of our business. Your processes and projects will directly contribute to the growth of DiDi business in Latam!

Role Responsibilities:

• Build deep insights and understanding of the business from different fields, such as incentives, rider economy, driver economy, and be data-driven.


• Data masters with Excel data processing and analyzing, and capable of writing SQL. Utilize data to understand user behavior and areas for improvement in our business. Develop & optimize processes.


• Ensure collaboration with our finance, marketing, and product management teams to improve operational productivity & user experience.


• Take big picture ideas and break them into actionable steps with progressive timelines for completion.


• Balance attention to detail with swift execution – we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well.


• Create a fun, inclusive, and safe work culture. You will help build a hard-working, challenging but fun workplace. Above all else, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of your team, our drivers, and our riders.

Role Qualifications:

• Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration or any related bachelor’s degree;


• Advanced English;


• Strong problem-solving skills;


• Skilled in data analytics and experience in data-driven decision making;


• Hands-on approach;


• SQL and mastery in Excel data processing;


• Independent and strong critical thinking;


• Mission-driven entrepreneurship and strong team spirit.
