Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Business Finance Manager LATAM. We are looking for a top-tier talent with a track record of high performance, a solid finance background, and someone driven to make valuable contributions to the business, seeks challenges, and loves learning. This individual will support financial operations for the Latam Surgical Vision selling and marketing organization, serving as a Finance Business Partner on local matters, and providing both financial and strategic expertise. This Manager will be responsible for actively influencing and challenging the business through financial expertise to drive strong business results and sustainable growth in the region. This role requires strong influencing skills to effectively connect with business partners, shape decisions, and challenge the status quo. This role reports to the LATAM Business Controller and will have 2 direct reports. It provides an opportunity to strengthen and develop leadership skills, business knowledge, technical and analytical capabilities, compliance, and risk management.

Skills:

  • Experience in developing and overseeing financial plans in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and initiatives.
  • Team-oriented attitude and ability to work collaboratively with and through others.
  • Individual must work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to support the implementation of process or strategic improvements.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Economics, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or related areas is required.
  • Strong knowledge of general finance/accounting processes.
  • Business support and FP&A experience are required. Either Compliance and Accounting background is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
