This is a PART TIME/FULL TIME vacancy, with shifts based over 7Days, and a wage starting at £11.44 per hour!

What We Need:

We are looking for experience, attentive and engaging Floor Staff to keep the service smooth, deliver our products with pride and passion and strive to create a welcoming atmosphere where our guests can enjoy themselves.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting the guests’ as they enter and settle down at the venue and introducing them to the menus.
• Obtain and maintain a working knowledge of all food menus.
• Ensures guests has proper silverware, napkin, share plates when delivering food.
• Taking the guests’ orders and delivering them to the kitchen staff for preparation.
• Confirming that the food items match the orders and delivering them at the tables.
• Inquiring if the customers are satisfied, giving bills and processing payments.
• Attending regular meetings with restaurant and kitchen managers to find out about menu changes and menu specials.
• Ensuring cleanliness in the venue.
• Help to keep kitchen station clean and organized.
• Assist all servers, bartenders and managers with carrying of plates.
• Communicate effectively and courteously with guests, and co-workers.
• Communicate food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities and special requests (e.g. food allergies)
• Perform calmly and effectively under stressful conditions.
• Promote an atmosphere of teamwork by assisting co-workers.

Skills and Experience:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with any guest.
• Strong multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously during peak business hours.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to create a positive guest experience.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and legal drinking age requirements.
