Successful international law firm seeks a new Real Estate Paralegal to join their London office on a permanent basis.

Real Estate Paralegal Key Responsibilities:

• Building an understanding of the technical and legal knowledge and skills relevant to Real Estate

• Legal research and assisting with legal queries sent to the Knowledge Lawyers
• Assisting with building and maintaining databases of legal precedents
• Maintaining matter sites (with data collected from fee earners) resources
• Assisting with the preparation of filings and transaction bibles

Real Estate Paralegal Key Skills & Requirements:

• Educated to degree level OR relevant Paralegal / CILEx experience
• At least 1+ years of recent paralegal experience gained in a reputable and established law firm setting
• Previous Knowledge Paralegal experience within Real Estate
• Ideally knowledge of legal tech including automated contacts, portals and generative AI tools
