Job Title: Dynamics 365 Developer

Location: Central London (2 days onsite per week)

Contract Type: 3-Month Rolling Contract

Rate: £550 per day (Inside IR35)

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

Salt Recruitment is proud to be working with a local government client to recruit a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer for an exciting contract opportunity. This is a fantastic chance to leverage your expertise in Dynamics 365 to contribute to impactful public sector projects that make a real difference to communities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform, including workflows, plugins, and integrations.
• Administer and optimise Dynamics 365 environments for performance and availability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Work with tools such as PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI to enhance platform functionality.
• Design and implement APIs within Azure environments to ensure seamless integration.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer with a strong understanding of customisation, configuration, and integration.
• Proficient in Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong skills in workflows, plugins, REST/ODATA APIs, and MS-SQL.
• Familiarity with Azure and related tools (Azure APIs, Azure SQL).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Agile development experience is desirable.

Nice to Have

• Experience working within local government or public sector projects.
• Knowledge of wider public sector challenges and systems.
