You will be based in or commutable from one of the following locations: Bristol, Bath, Cardiff, Gloucester, Newport, Swindon other nearby locations also considered.

£35,000 - £45,000 + Company Van + 33 Days Holiday + Training + Progression + Additional Company Benefits

Do you have previous experience in building restoration projects and are looking for an autonomous role where you will work on and manage restoration based projects?

In this role you will work to oversee building disaster restoration projects within a company who are passionate about the further development of their employees.

The company are an ambitious business who work on residential and commercial building restoration projects across the South West and due to continued growth they are now looking to expand their teams.

This role would suit someone with previous experience in building restoration looking for a role offering further progression in a long term permanent position.

The Role:

• Working to oversee and manage building disaster restoration projects across the residential and commercial sectors
• Duties of the role will include but are not limited to; Project management, Quality, HSE, providing solutions, Client relationships and more
• Field based covering sites across Bristol, Bath, Cardiff and Gloucester areas
• Further progression and personal development

The Person:

• Previous experience in building disaster based restoration projects such as fire, water or similar.
• Engineering or Facilities or Construction background considered beneficial
• Looking to progress in your career
• Driving license
• Looking for a long term permanent position
