Hays Senior Finance are working exclusively with this owner management engineering company to help them find a Finance Manager on a permanent basis.

Your new role

They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare management accounts for three companies within the group.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Oversee cash flow management, accounts payable, and receivable.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
• Manage monthly payroll.
• Supervise and manage one team member.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
• Experience with Sage accounting system (desirable).
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
• Ideally, you must be immediately available to start the job or on a shorter notice period.
