Position: Shift Technician (Electrical Bias) | Building Maintenance

Salary:£52,000

Shift Pattern:Continental Shift (7AM- 7PM & 7PM -7AM )

About the Opportunity:
Join a dedicated client-side team of engineers at a prestigious static site in East London! This is a fantastic chance for an experienced Shift Technician to work directly for an end-user known for offering some of the best benefits in the market.

The ideal candidate will be electrically qualified and possess a solid understanding of plumbing, mechanical, and building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned maintenance tasks and varied unscheduled work in a busy environment
• Perform maintenance on the infrastructure (outside work)
• Conduct PPMs and reactive maintenance
• Operate the Building Management System (BMS) and Lighting Control System (LCS)
• Complete water treatment tasks in compliance with L8 using the water treatment logbooks
• Maintain AHUs and FCUs

Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant City & Guilds Electrical Qualifications (17th Edition & Level 3 Electrical Installations required)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building services within a commercial, client-facing environment
• Expertise in Electrical, Fabric, Plumbing, HVAC, Maintenance, Engineering, and Mechanical Facilities
• CANDIDATE MUST BE AWARE THIS REQUIRES YOU TO WORK OUTSIDE ON OCCASSIONS
