THE ROLE
As the Quality Manager, you will take ownership of quality assurance and continuous improvement across the business. This hands-on role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities. Key areas of focus include:

• Overseeing all quality assurance activities, including non-destructive testing (NDT).
• Conducting root cause analyses and driving corrective and preventative actions.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Collaborating with engineering and production teams to improve processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Leading and mentoring team members to foster a quality-first culture across the organisation.

This role is ideal for an experienced Quality Engineer looking for the next step into management and the opportunity to make a significant impact.

ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you will need:

• Experience: A proven track record in quality assurance within an engineering, manufacturing, or production environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Expertise in non-destructive testing (NDT Level II/III preferred) and root cause analysis.
• Standards: Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards.
• Leadership: Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proactive approach to driving improvements and inspiring others.
• Ambition: The desire to step up into a management role and deliver measurable results.
