THE ROLE
As the Quality Manager, you will take ownership of quality assurance and continuous improvement across the business. This hands-on role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities. Key areas of focus include:
- Overseeing all quality assurance activities, including non-destructive testing (NDT).
- Conducting root cause analyses and driving corrective and preventative actions.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Collaborating with engineering and production teams to improve processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Leading and mentoring team members to foster a quality-first culture across the organisation.
ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Experience: A proven track record in quality assurance within an engineering, manufacturing, or production environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Expertise in non-destructive testing (NDT Level II/III preferred) and root cause analysis.
- Standards: Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards.
- Leadership: Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proactive approach to driving improvements and inspiring others.
