Shift Patterns - rotating days and nights

• 06:00 18:00 (Mon-Thurs, 48 hrs) @ £11.79/hr
• 18:00 06:00 (Mon-Thurs, 48 hrs) @ £12.95/hr

OR

• 06:00 18:00 (Fri-Sun, 36 hrs) @ £13.84/hr
• 18:00 06:00 (Fri-Sun, 36 hrs) @ £14.96/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and adjust machinery to ensure efficient production
• Perform quality checks and resolve issues with the maintenance team
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Work with other departments to meet customer quality standards

Requirements:

• Manufacturing or mechanical/engineering experience
• PLC experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to help improve site operations
