Private Funds Paralegal

Our client is a well-known and highly respected City firm with an excellent reputation for full service commercial advice and an impressive roster of blue-chip international clients. They are looking for a paralegal to assist the private funds team on a 12-month contractual basis. Duties will include compliance, contracts, fund and transactional support as well as some general in-house support. You must have compliance/legal experience, either at a law, investment management or fund firm. You must also have excellent academics and interpersonal skills.
