Car Park Attendant

Join Our Team as a Car Park Attendant!

Hours per week: 42, on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

You will also be working rotational shift patterns, alternating between day and night shifts.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Car Park Attendant within your location, your role will be more than just managing parking spaces. You'll be a friendly face, ensuring an excellent customer experience while handling state-of-the-art car park equipment. Responsibilities include:

• Engaging with Customers: Providing top-notch customer service with a smile.
• Valet Service: Safely driving and parking customer vehicles during their stay
• Traffic Control Measures: Regulating vehicle entry and exit seamlessly.
• Regular Foot Patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of the car park.
• Grounds Maintenance: Keeping the surroundings clean and attractive with tasks like weeding, painting, and cleaning.

Requirements:

No prior experience in customer service or security? No problem! We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude. However, the following skills will be beneficial:

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively.
• Basic Computer Skills: Tech-savvy enough to handle our equipment.
• Due to insurance purposes, applicants must hold a Full UK Manual Drivers' License and be over the age of 23.
