Our Corsham team have an opening for a Project Controls Lead who is experienced in establishing Project Controls environments and has introduced PPM governance and project control processes within a Defence environment.

Youll play a vital role in the implementation of UK defence policy, collaborating closely with industry-leading technical experts and Ministry of Defence colleagues on assured delivery of this important national endeavour. Your responsibilities will include:

• Design & implement a robust & enduring PPM environment
• Working with colleagues, create & implement PPM artefacts incl: WBS incl WBS directory, CBS, OBC, Budget (Baseline & FCAC),
• Support Change Control process
• Establish Programme & Project Schedule & Scope
• Establish project history
• Establish and implement routine reporting, developing appropriate MI tools & presentations
• Establish & implement reporting drumbeat
• Construct, devise and implement project controls training
• Support PPM training & communications
• Working with PPM colleagues, commence monthly Holding 2 Account against performance, time & cost
• Support PPM Lead and Programme Manager in delivery of the programme

Experience:

• AMP qualified, experienced in Project Controls including scheduling
• Min 2 years relevant experience in a complex, secure, defence environment
