We are currently recruiting a Site Controller to join our business to maintain and develop appropriate financial controls and reporting for our plants in Maydown and Kerkrade (in The Netherlands). Responsibilities Preparation of monthly and ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting for operations, commercial, and finance. Develop, monitor, and manage the site budgets; provide variance analysis and implement corrective actions as needed. Analyse financial results through the month end process to identify key performance drivers and opportunities. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities; monitor and control operational expenses. Analysing the sites financial data and be the primary point of contact for the Operations, Finance, and Accountancy Organizations. Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies; manage audits and internal controls. Develop financial forecasts and projections to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with site leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that align with business objectives. Utilize financial systems and tools to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy. Driving continuous improvement in processes, including conversion to more automated processes. Essential Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; or fully qualifiedACCA/CIMA/ACA. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards. Proven ability to communicate and present solutions at a senior management level. Ability to work to tight deadlines and possesses a high level of flexibility, and demonstrated experience of leading and managing change. Proven ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Demonstrates highly ethical behavior and compliance with all applicable legislation. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Right to Work in the UK. Desirable Requirements: Previous experience using SAP and Power BI. Demonstrated experience working within the Manufacturing industry.
