OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Location:Grimsby (DN31)

Hours of work:8am until 5pmMonday toFriday
Pay rate:£11.44 per hour

The Role:We are seeking a full timeOffice Administration Assistantto join a busy vehicle distribution site based in Grimsby. The role will be to work within a busy office environment, duties will include:Filing, Photocopying, Matching up delivery notes to purchase orders, Processing customer invoices on the internal computer system, Answering the telephone, Excellent knowledgeof excel and Communication skills. Must also have a good eye for deal, and by accurate when computer inputting.
