IT Infrastructure Engineer

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a Top 100 Company who are seeking to build out their on site IT Team by adding an IT Infrastructure Engineer to the team. This is a very hands on role looking for someone who is keen to grow and develop their skills in new technology. You will be responsible for: Proactively manage and maintain the IT solutions portfolio at a 3rd Line Level Conduct in-depth problem identification and perform root cause analysis. Perform regular health checks and provide service improvement recommendations. Contribute to IT infrastructure projects and service enhancement initiatives. Lead proactive maintenance efforts, including patch management and system upgrades. Monitor service performance, generate detailed reports, and implement risk mitigation plans. Collaborate with third-party vendors for technical support and ongoing maintenance. Ensure services consistently meet or exceed SLA requirements. What you will have: 3+ Years of experience in a similar role Working knowledge of Microsoft . Experience working with Azure AD, Onedrive and Group Policy. Experience supporting a large scale multi site business.
