We are working with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE. This position is ideal for a solicitor eager to work on diverse commercial property matters while leveraging the firm's local knowledge, extensive networks, and client-focused approach.

Role Requirements:
• Experience: 1-5 years PQE in commercial property law, particularly in drafting and negotiating leases, handling lease renewals, and supporting transactions such as purchases, sales, and property finance
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, maintaining clear communication to keep clients informed at every stage
• Demonstrated skills in client management and effective prioritisation in a busy workload

Skills:
• Solid technical expertise in commercial property matters
• Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders, including property agents, architects, and surveyors
