The Job
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Lead Operations: Oversee daily operations, optimise processes, manage resources, and ensure quality service delivery.
- Drive Business Growth: Expand the client base by entering new markets, building strong client relationships, and securing repeat business.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and guide your team, ensuring they are well-trained and compliant with all policies and procedures.
- Fleet Management: Oversee vehicle servicing, defect management, and efficient fleet utilisation.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across the organisation to implement best practices and achieve financial targets.
- Prioritise Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards, driving ESG initiatives.
About You

Requirements
- Strong managerial experience within the Traffic Management industry.
- Demonstrable ability to build relationships with stakeholders and customers.
- Commercial acumen, including budget management and bid costings.
- Experience with National Highways, local authority highways maintenance, and utility works.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
- Lantra Sector Scheme (12AB / 12D) qualifications.
- TTME (Temporary Traffic Management Engineering) qualification.
- IOSH / SSSTS / SMSTS certifications.
