Real Estate Partner, Leeds - no following required

My client is a highly regarded and collaborative award-winning law firm, seeking to make a strategic partner appointment to their Real Estate team.

To ensure continued succession planning, this busy department requires an additional senior lawyer and, due to continuing instructions, a client following is not necessary, but real credibility in dealing with property clients and having ability in the BD space (e. networking and pitches etc) is an absolute must. As a result, this is a perfect opportunity for a senior lawyer at an international or national practice who is looking to break through the glass ceiling and join a firm where you can truly progress your career.

Those who currently have partner title but are looking to switch to a more collaborative and forward-thinking practice would also be of interest.

The Department has years of experience advising property owners and investors, acting for organisations with large property portfolios, developers, retail clients, pension funds, international charities etc and provides a full range of services including property management, acquisition and disposals as well as environmental and planning matters.
The opportunity is open to lawyers seeking either a full-time or 4-day-week opportunity. This role is only open to solicitors qualified in England & Wales.
