What the Job Involves


As a Project Officer for the Family Group Conference Service and Lifelong Links Team in Southwark, your role includes supporting project administration, management, and evaluation to strengthen family networks for children in care. Responsibilities encompass updating children’s files, tracking performance outcomes, facilitating various groups across the service, and serving as a key contact for administrative tasks. You will work closely with the FGC Lead and Team Manager, conducting deep file searches, developing genograms, and compiling Journey Books. The role requires compliance with the Council’s Equal Opportunity policies, adherence to a regulated work environment, and is crucial to maintaining effective support and oversight for the Lifelong Links Team within budgetary constraints.
