What the Job Involves
- Lead as the Interim Head of Leasehold and Income Services at the Westminster location, managing a team and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Shape the delivery of services with innovative practices, maintaining high resident and leaseholder engagement.
- Ensure accurate rental income and service charge setting, with effective communication to residents.
- Drive income collection strategies and support residents with benefits and debt management.
- Oversee leaseholder consultation and engagement to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to legislation, consumer standards, and financial regulations.
- Collaborate with elected Members and senior managers to align with organizational objectives.
- Monitor financial performance and provide updates to senior leadership.
