The Analyst, eCommerce Marketing is responsible for leading Retail Media & E-commerce Marketing strategy for the Ferrara portfolio across major omnichannel retailers. This involves managing both internal and external stakeholders, including our agency partners tasked with retail media & e-commerce marketing execution. Successful individuals should have hands-on retail media experience with a strong understanding of Retail Media best practices, challenges, and opportunities, as well as a strong track record of driving collaboration and results with retailers and cross-functional teams. This role will play an integral part in connecting our brand, sales/e-com, media, customer marketing, and shopper organizations planning & execution to deliver market-leading Retail Media, e-commerce sales & 360 activations designed to continue the growth of Ferrara as America’s 1 Sugar Manufacturer. Ways you will make a difference Ensuring executional excellence, strong business outcomes, KPI tracking, reporting, and key learnings share outs. Coordinating with internal brand and SSCM teams on major initiatives including ensuring campaigns ladder up to brand/business objectives and work in tandem with in-store activation. Manage ongoing retail media performance tracking and optimization. Working with agency partners to drive ongoing and consistent improvements in business outcomes. Manage/Oversee retail media flow charts, flighting, pacing, PO Creation and financial tracking for all retail media activity. Ensuring accurate billing and alignment with internal accounting and finance teams. Support execution of major campaigns including securing assets, approving creative, and providing feedback on strategy, day-to-day coordination with retailer media groups. Skills that will make you successful Prior experience/exposure working hands-on keyboard with major CPG retailers; Walmart, Kroger, Amazon, Target, and other Retail Media networks. Strong understanding of both paid search & digital performance driving media tactics (On & Offsite Display, OLV, Shoppable Video, etc.). Ability to implement e-com media strategy in the Retail Media space from annual brand briefs. Ability to analyze and integrate macro performance & business data sets (Sales & Share) to generate reporting, insights and recommendations to drive business outcomes, alongside forward-looking projections based on historic data. Retail Media planning experience and proficiency with digital media analytics and applications. Experience in evaluating partner capabilities and Retail Media proposals, with the knowledge to identify risks, gaps and opportunities in each area, effectively communicating findings both internally and externally. Exposure to 3rd party digital media agencies and partners. Ability to manage 3rd party vendors and agencies scope, resources, and performance. Strong problem-solving skills. Customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail. Experiences that will support your success Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years' experience in CPG eCommerce marketing or eCommerce. Working knowledge of search campaigns and media execution.
