Lead cross-functional and international teams, aligning efforts across engineering, procurement, and R&D to achieve project goals. Drive product development and portfolio optimization, focusing on time-to-market and increased competitiveness. Oversee all aspects of project execution, including installation supervision, documentation, and compliance with contractual obligations. Develop and maintain effective customer relationships, managing expectations and resolving issues promptly. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and inform project strategies. Ensure seamless coordination between stakeholders, including suppliers and internal departments, to deliver high-quality outcomes. Requirements Your Qualifications: Extensive experience in managing technical projects in the energy or industrial sector, with a focus on high-voltage systems. Strong expertise in project planning, cost monitoring, and cross-departmental coordination. Proven leadership in guiding international teams and stakeholders to successful project completion. Advanced problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach. Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory, with additional languages being an advantage. Familiarity with procurement processes, ERP systems, and technical documentation. Background in market analysis and strategic planning within energy or related industries.
