Role Description:

  • Manage payroll processes for the Latin America region, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries and provide support to employees regarding payroll issues.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports as required.

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Process payroll for employees in the Latin America region, including gross-to-net calculation, including but not limited to calculating wages, deductions, and taxes.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
  • Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and regulatory authorities.
  • Oversee multi-country payrolls.

Role Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
  • Several years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and tax regulations in Latin America.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
