The Role | Early Years Teacher

• Plan and deliver high-quality EYFS lessons tailored to individual learning needs
• Create a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating environment for young children in the pastel-themed nursery setting
• Work alongside a dedicated team of teachers to implement innovative educational strategies
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Monitor and assess childrens progress, providing support where needed

The Ideal Candidate | Early Years Teacher

• Hold a CACHE Level 3 qualification in Early Years or QTS in early childhood education
• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and how to deliver it effectively
• Passionate about working with young children and committed to their development
• Ability to create a warm, inclusive, and positive learning environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
