What Will You Be Doing?

As a Digital Learning Associate, youll:

• Manage our Learning Management System (LMS): Be the go-to expert for our Cornerstone platform, keeping it updated and helping colleagues use it effectively.
• Create engaging digital content: Design bespoke resources to support L&D projects and help colleagues grow their skills.
• Support leadership programmes: Help organise key initiatives like ourLeading with IMPACTand CMI programmes.
• Plan key events: Take charge of events like ourannual graduationandapprenticeship week, while promoting them through internal and external channels.
• Share insights: Create dashboards, reports, and visuals to showcase the success of our programmes.
• Collaborate and innovate: Work with the team to support our career framework rollout and improve the learning experience across the business.
