  • Failure Analysis: Investigate failures in electrical and RF components, perform root cause analysis and propose corrective actions to improve reliability.

  • RF Reliability: Assess the performance and adaptability of RF components (e.g., amplifiers, filters) under environmental and operational stress conditions.

  • Design Teamwork: Work closely with design and development teams to implement Design for Reliability (DfR) practices, ensuring robustness in electrical circuits and RF designs.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze reliability data from lab testing, field performance, and warranty returns, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to improve product reliability.

  • Modeling and Prediction: Apply reliability prediction models to estimate product life and optimize design for long-term reliability.

  • Continuous Improvement: Develop and refine reliability testing methodologies for electrical and RF systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.

  • Documentation: Prepare technical reports summarizing test results, failure analysis findings, and recommendations for design or process improvements.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with manufacturing, quality, and field service teams to address reliability concerns and implement corrective actions for field issues.

Required Qualifications for Consideration
