Job Description

What you will do?Optimize inventory control procedures. Inspecting the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages and optimal level of inventory. Ensuring product stock is adequate for raw material and can cover direct demand from customers.How you will do it?
  • Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
  • Examine the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages and excess.
  • Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
  • Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
  • Evaluate and follow up inventory levels for NPI and ECN.
  • Define inventory level, plans and outlook and a weekly basis
  • Ensures adherence to approved Inventory Plan
  • Ensures milestones and goals are met.
  • Audit and ensure safety stock levels at the plants are properly update it.
  • Daily deliveries and shipments should be documented to keep inventory current.
  • Producing comprehensive reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
  • Ensure of inventory policies and procedures.
  • Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
  • Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by implementing, maintaining and aligning company policies with health and safety regulations.

  • Strong knowledge of materials and inventory control in manufacturing environments including various levels of planning from Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to execution and control of production activity and transactional management

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • An analytical mind with strong math skills
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Thorough understanding of inventory policies and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP)
