Logistics Scheduler

What you will do:Coordinate all national and international carriers to ensure pickups and deliveries to our final customers on time. Key point of communication between plant and BSNA team. Also, will be in direct communication with OTM planners, to ensure correct assignation and follow up on daily OB shipments.How you will do it:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward internal and external customers.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communication is key through various channels.
• KPI’s (Shipping report and crossing times).
• Direct communication with national and international carriers.
• Ensure daily information of OB shipments it’s provided on time (10 AM) to start the process.
• Work along with the Shipping Supervisor on the Delivery’s creation on SAP, to report them to OTM team.
• Direct communication with the OTM planners and Trade compliance team.
• Review / Confirmation on OTM carriers assignation provided.
• Record keeping of daily shipments (Master file).
• GPS Trackers activation.
• Invoicing process on SAP.
• Carrier invoice auditor.
• Daily schedule of units for special requirements, and coordination of local circuits.
• Carta Porte.
• Ensure US equipment availability for daily OB shipments.
• Daily review with shipping to follow up units pending to dispatch.
• Export documents in SAP, including modifications.
• LTL shipments
• BOL & Packing creation for consolidation yard units.
• Escalation of any situation can may compromise or represents risks affecting our shipments.

What we look for:Required

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 2 years related experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Sense of urgency.
• Multi-task
• Problem-solving skills.
• English 80%
• Experience on Hazmat shipments.
• Proactive

Preferred:

• Computer skills in MS Office applications.
• SAP
• OTM
