Management Accountant

Butler rose are partnered with a fantastic well know business based in the outskirts of Kendal. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Management Accountant to join a great well-established team in a successful business. The job will be part of the Finance Department to provide support to the Financial controller and Finance Director. To keep accurate and up to date records of the company's banking transactions. Support to ensure that the Company reports its financial results in an accurate and timely manner for both internal and external purposes and support managers in maximising the return on resources utilised.

Your new role as Management Accountant:Your duties will include:

Finance team covers all areas of finance including accounts receivable, accounts payable, internal and external reporting, payroll and business partnering to the sites and sales teams.

Supporting the Financial Controller and Financial Analyst with all aspects of internal and external reporting

Leading the management reporting cycle (monthly and weekly reporting)

Supporting preparation of annual budgets and forecasts

Business partner to the sales team (stock management, reporting, forecasting)

Supporting the business with ad hoc financial analysis and recommendations

System lead for Sage Intacct

The Experience & Qualifications Required:The successful Candidate shall be/have:

Strong technical accounting skills with a commercial mindset

Good computer skills with extensive knowledge of Excel

Your Reward & The Package on Offer:As Management accountant, you shall receiveA salary of up to £35,000 to £40,000 per annum depending on experience

Hybrid working, 3 days per week in the office
