Role Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Assess client processes and systems, providing tailored recommendations and supporting implementation
  • Management Accounting: Prepare timely and accurate management accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
  • VAT Returns: Produce and review VAT returns across a range of industries
  • Management Reporting: Develop and deliver comprehensive management reporting packs to support strategic decision-making
  • Team Leadership: Support and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and development
  • Systems Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance financial systems and processes for clients

Candidate Requirements

  • ACA/CA/ACCA qualified with recent experience in UK practice
  • Strong understanding of UK accounting and tax regulations
  • Exceptional client management and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and team development
