Role Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Assess client processes and systems, providing tailored recommendations and supporting implementation
- Management Accounting: Prepare timely and accurate management accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
- VAT Returns: Produce and review VAT returns across a range of industries
- Management Reporting: Develop and deliver comprehensive management reporting packs to support strategic decision-making
- Team Leadership: Support and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and development
- Systems Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance financial systems and processes for clients

Candidate Requirements
- ACA/CA/ACCA qualified with recent experience in UK practice
- Strong understanding of UK accounting and tax regulations
- Exceptional client management and relationship-building skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and team development
