Salesforce Support Analyst - Seaham or Bishop Auckland - Permanent
About the Role
As a Salesforce Support Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting, enhancing, and managing the organisation's salesforce platform. You will collaborate across teams to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring seamless user experiences while driving business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert support and development for the Salesforce platform, aligning with the ICT Strategy to deliver effective solutions for users and stakeholders.
Investigate and resolve Salesforce errors, data discrepancies, and system issues, making complex decisions to ensure operational efficiency.
Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance Salesforce functionality, supporting the Business Applications Manager.
Ensure policies and procedures are established and adhered to for the effective use of Salesforce across the organisation.
Lead and manage projects that align with business objectives, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budgetWhat We're Looking For:
Experience in Salesforce support, development, or administration.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in complex scenarios.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
A proactive attitude towards learning, adapting, and driving system improvements.
Additional Information:
Location: Seaham and Bishop Auckland - While we embrace flexible and remote working, there will be times when your presence is required onsite at our offices in Seaham or Bishop Auckland to meet business needs. As such, you must be based in the North East of England or willing to relocate.
Salary - £42,023 - £43,337 (permanent position)
An excellent pension scheme with 27.1% employer contribution.
Up to four days paid volunteering leave each year.
31-33 days of annual leave
