Must-Have Skills

  • Workday HCM implementation experience

· MUST HAVE ACTIVE EAS WORKDAY CERTIFICATION

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training and Certification:
  1. Seeking candidates with HCM functional/technical backgrounds on any enterprise platform.
  2. Training provided on Workday HCM and technical skills.
  3. Active Workday Certification required.
Leadership: Nearshore lead for Functional/Technical workstreams. And collaborate with onshore leads and Global Delivery Center team. Project Execution:
  1. Apply AMS and implementation methodologies in Workday engagements.
  2. Handle day-to-day activities, incidents, root cause analysis, and work requests.
Experience:
  1. Extensive experience as a Workday HCM Principal Consultant.
  2. 5-7 years in Corporate Applications portfolio and 3-5 years in client-facing roles.
  3. 3-5 years in Workday Functional Module or Integrations.
Skills and Knowledge:
  1. Deep understanding of SLA constructs and adherence.
  2. Knowledge of multiple Workday modules, business processes, and security.
  3. Ability to lead multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment.
Stakeholder Coordination:
  1. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to create high business impact.
  2. Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables and consistent follow-ups.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience. Travel: Minimal travel required, but must be willing to travel if needed. Support: Provide on-call support and holiday coverage as required. Solution Conceptualization: Build business cases and conceptualize solutions. Project Support: Conduct technical audits and optimize solutions. Asset Development and Governance: Ensure adoption and improvement of enterprise assets. Business Development Support: Assist in RFP responses and client presentations.
