Corporate Legal Director / Partner - Leeds - Salary Up To £125k (DOE)

The Firm

This award-winning, national firm are seeking an experienced Commercial Legal Director / Partner. The successful candidate will spearhead the growth firms Leeds-based Corporate services.

The experienced Corporate lawyers act for international companies in relation to various corporate matters. Their clients include household names and world-leading brands throughout many sectors in relation to Governance, Banking, M&A, Private Equity and Restructuring.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a confident, seasoned, Corporate Solicitor from a strong M&A background. Confident working collaboratively and independently on varied corporate matters. Experienced supervising and leading.

Committed to supporting clients with on-going projects as well as a keen interest in active business development.
