To continuewith their growth they are seeking an enthusiastic Field Sales Manager to lead the field sales team, driving their performance and potential to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive Team Success: Build the structure, processes, and culture to create a high-performance sales team and increase customer take-up.
Innovative Strategies: Develop and implement sales initiatives, strategies, and programs targeting key demographics.
KPI Management: Monitor daily KPIs, motivate your team, and keep management informed through detailed activity and results reports.
Lead by Example: Provide hands-on support for sales associates during lead generation and deal closures, setting a standard of excellence.
Customer Engagement: Regularly meet with customers to assess evolving needs and strengthen relationships.
Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the sales team has comprehensive knowledge of our offerings, competitors, and industry trends.
Recruitment & Territory Management: Recruit, retain, and manage the field sales team while ensuring effective territory management.
Qualifications and Experience:
Extensive experience in sales management with a proven record in field sales.
Strong sales acumen and in-depth understanding of the sales process.
Exceptional mentoring, coaching, and leadership skills.
Commitment to professional growth through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organisational levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
