Integration Consultant - Salesforce Platform

Position : Integration Consultant Location : Remote Shift Timing : US Shift Industry : Nonprofit Qualifications and Requirements : Salesforce Expertise : 1. Strong configuration experience in Sales, Service, and other Salesforce Clouds. 2. At least 2 years of Salesforce integration experience using APIs, Apex, and middleware. Technical Skills : 1. Proficient with SOAP/REST APIs, SQL/Oracle, and event-driven integrations. 2. Hands-on experience with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and bulkified/scalable integration techniques. 3. Familiarity with integration of nonprofit/higher education systems like Banner, PeopleSoft, and SAP. Education and Certifications : 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Preferred certifications : 1. MuleSoft Certification (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer). 2. Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Integration Architect). Soft Skills and Methodology : 1. Strong consulting and stakeholder communication skills. 2. Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments. Key Responsibilities : Integration Solution Design : 1. Analyze client requirements and design scalable, efficient integration solutions. 2. Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and nonprofit industry needs. Development and Implementation : 1. Develop and maintain APIs, data transformations, and integration workflows. 2. Leverage tools such as MuleSoft to connect Salesforce with third-party systems. Documentation and Support : 1. Create comprehensive technical documentation for integrations and workflows. 2. Provide post-implementation support and optimize existing integrations. Collaboration and Delivery : 1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery across projects. 2. Maintain project timelines and deliverables, supporting client satisfaction. Preferred Attributes : 1. Knowledge of nonprofit sector systems and workflows. 2.
