Job Description
Duties include Process all warranty claims in line with policies and procedures. Costing and invoicing of all job cards as per OEM and group policy. Liaise with service department and at Head Office to resolve any costing and warranty issues Administer and return defective parts to manufacturer as required Liaising with customers regarding claims Daily, weekly and monthly reports on warranty claims activity Audit adherence General administration of day-to-day invoices Debtors and creditors management Requirements: Matric Minimum of 5 years Warranty claims experience within a Franchise Motor Dealership preferred brand experience V.W., Toyota, Mazda, Mahindra, Chery, Jaecoo, Omoda, GWM-Haval Financial diploma/degree in Finance eg, Dip/Bcom Accounting Literate on Evolve, IAL, CMS or similar dealership management systems PC Literate MS Office Suite Understanding of financial principles, processes and requirements of finance in the dealership environment dealing with OEM, Financial institutions, suppliers etc. Have a good understanding of Sales, F&I and After Sales Revenue streams Attention to detail and strong admin Good customer care skills Good interpersonal and communication skills Reside Gauteng, East Rand Drive your career forward If your current experience and skillsets tick majority of the job specification boxes, then: Apply directly now Send your CV to
